Aversboro Kids

The Aversboro Kid’s Ministry seeks to partner with parents to raise up the next generation of God-fearing, Jesus-loving, disciple-makers. We teach children how to: study their Bible, develop a foundation of solid Biblical learning, and actively live out their faith at school, on their teams, and at home.

SUNDAYS MORNINGS

9:30 AM | SUNDAY SCHOOL (Bible study for all ages - parents too!)

11:00 AM | WORSHIP (child care available for babies-Kindergarten)

On your first Sunday morning visit, we recommend parking in the lot off Claymore Drive and use the entrance at the top of the steps. You'll be greeted by an Aversboro member and they'll be happy to point you to our check-in station.

Because we value safety, we will need some information at that time including a family member's name, child's name, birthday, address, emergency contact phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, etc.).

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS (September-May)

6:15-7:30 PM | MUSIC, MISSION FRIENDS, EXPLORE THE BIBLE (ages 2-5th grade)

We have two choirs - Preschool (ages 2-Kindergarten) and Kids (1st-5th grade) - that rehearse weekly during the school year. They give a performance twice year on Sunday morning during our normal worship hour (11:00 am).

Preschoolers also learn Bible stories, play, and hear about people who live all over the world telling others about Jesus.

Our 1st-5th grade kids split into two groups - 1st-2nd and 3rd-5th - to explore the truth of Scripture in its biblical and historical context. The Bible comes to life as they unpack the transforming truth of God in a manner that is practical, age-appropriate and sustainable for a lifetime.
