Aversboro KIDS

The Aversboro Kid’s Ministry seeks to partner with parents to raise up the next generation of God-fearing, Jesus----loving, disciple-makers. We teach children how to: study their Bible, develop a foundation of solid Biblical learning, and actively live out their faith at school, on their teams, and at home.

Your kids will have the opportunity to participate in Kids' Worship and small groups every Sunday in a very safe and kid-friendly environment. Our kid's area is located on the south side of our building. You can enter through our carport door and check in your child.

Family Worship Resources

We strongly believe that parents are the primary disciple-makers of their families. Our goal is to come alongside you in guiding your children towards Christ through all of our programs. This page is a resource for your family's Worship & Devotion time in your home. We are partnering with Jonathan and Emily Martin and encourage you to join us!

What To Expect?

On your first visit, just look for the Preschool or Kids Check-In area at the carport entrance door. You'll be greeted by an Aversboro Kids leader eager to meet your family and they'll be happy t share how Aversboro Kids works. They will be there every step of the way (right up to your child's room), so feel free to ask questions!

Because we value safety, we will need some information at that time including family member's name, child's name, birthday, address, Emergency Contact phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, etc.).

How Secure Check-In works

In Aversboro Kids, safety is a core value. It's why we have a secure check-in system. Our Check-in Desk is located in the hallway at the carport door entrance.

When you arrive, you will check in with an awesome kids volunteer. Once we've gotten the information we need to keep your little safe and secure, you'll receive matching identification stickers. Your child must wear the name tag portion and you will need to keep the matching tag. After the service, you'll show your child's class leader your matching tag in order for your child to be released from his/her room. This is for their safety and security - to make sure kids are only released to the parent or guardian with a security sticker.

At this time we will also conduct a health screening and temperature check on every person entering the Aversboro Kids environment.

In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we can either text/call you or we will page you with our pager system (only for babies to 2-year-olds). We ask that you immediately head towards your child's classroom and an Aversboro Kids leader will be waiting for you there.
